At DePaul University College of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor in 2014, graduated cum laude and obtained an international and comparative law certificate. While in law school, he also received a master’s degree in Spain in international and European business law.

For the last five years, Mr. Harpring has represented the rights of individuals who have been harmed by the actions or negligence of another.
