“Attorney Phil Harding founded his Denver law firm, Harding & Associates, P.C., in 1995. In the more than 29 years that have passed since his firm’s doors first opened, Mr. Harding has helped countless clients from the Denver metropolitan area and surrounding eastern Colorado achieve justice through civil litigation. He regularly represents clients’ interests in cases involving the following:
• Personal injury, including automobile accidents
• Wrongful death
• Auto – pedestrian accidents
• Trucking accidents
• Corporate representation
• Slip and fall cases
• Premises liability cases
Mr. Harding began his legal career in 1991 after earning his law degree from University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his approval to practice law in the state of Colorado. Prior to founding his firm, he spent five years gaining valuable trial experience while working as an associate attorney at large litigation firms in the Denver area.
Since 1995, attorney Harding has earned a reputation as a formidable opponent in the courtroom. He has secured a number of settlements and verdicts for his clients, including many multimillion-dollar jury verdicts in wrongful death cases.
Mr. Harding is a member of the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is a prestigious group that comprises only 1 percent of the nation’s attorneys, all of whom must have secured at least $1 million for a client in a settlement or verdict. He has also received an AV-Preeminent* peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and he holds a “”Superb”” Avvo rating. Mr. Harding has also been selected as one of the top 100 Trial Lawyers in Colorado by the National Trial Lawyers Association for eleven years in a row.
