David A. Klibaner

A 2011 B.A. graduate of the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs, Mr. Anderson completed his legal education at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2015. While pursuing his legal studies, he worked full-time with a public adjuster. This invaluable experience was the spark that ignited his interest in insurance litigation, where he gained extensive experience handling numerous bad faith claims. Following his graduation, he delved into personal injury law, honing his skills in the areas of consumer rights and plaintiff advocacy.

As a longtime Colorado resident, Mr. Anderson boasts deep roots in Southern Colorado. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is a passionate advocate for the next generation of legal minds, dedicating his time and energy to coaching D’Evelyn High School’s mock trial team and actively volunteering for Sturm’s Trial Advocacy Department. He takes great pride in judging their competitions as often as possible.

Mr. Anderson proudly serves as a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association and is an active part of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association’s Amicus Committee. He has also graced industry events as a speaker and educator, spanning various topics related to his field.
