Jennifer Donaldson is the experienced attorney leading the team at Donaldson Law, LLC. For more than 30 years, she has represented clients in Denver and across Colorado. She represents injured clients in all types of personal injury cases, including automobile crashes, motorcycle collisions, bicycle and ski crashes, premises liability, wrongful death, and nursing home and daycare abuse/negligence cases. She has handled thousands of cases over the years and has helped clients obtain numerous settlements and verdicts in excess of of a million dollars.
Ms. Donaldson completed her sociology degree at Colorado College in 1984, studying at Richmond College in London, England during her junior year. In 1988, she completed her J.D. at the University of Colorado. That same year, she gained admittance to the Colorado Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Ms. Donaldson is active in the legal community sitting on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association for many years. Her knowledge and expertise have been recognized by her peers, earning her an “”AV Preeminent”” rating by Martindale-Hubble. She was selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Top Lawyers in the 5280 Magazine. She was named New Trial Lawyer of the Year by CTLA.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons. Her favorite activities include traveling, hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, and cooking.
