“Jon Booker is a Colorado trial attorney and criminal litigator. As Director of Hernandez & Associate’s Criminal Defense law group, he leads a talented team of criminal trial lawyers in defense of individuals accused of DUI, Domestic Violence, Assault, Burglary, Sexual Assault and First-Degree Murder. With 10+ years of experience trying numerous complex criminal matters to verdict before jurisdictions across Colorado, Jon brings experience and determination to each criminal defense case.
Jon has received multiple awards, including being named “Super Lawyers Rising Star” in 2020 and 2021, receiving the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association’s 2019 Community Service Award, and a graduate member of the 2019 Colorado Bar Association’s prestigious Leadership Training Program.
Jon is currently President of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association and leads the statewide organization in furtherance of its mission to serve and promote justice by advancing Hispanic interests in the legal profession and seeking equal protection for the Hispanic Community before the law.”
