Biography
Dana Reynolds earned a B.S. Degree from Cornell University in 1994 and a J.D. Degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE, in 2006. She is a former law clerk to Senior Judge Jane R. Roth of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and former Chief Judge Chandlee Johnson Kuhn of the Family Court of Delaware. Ms. Reynolds also worked as an associate attorney at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.
In 2010, Ms. Reynolds founded the Law Offices of Dana L. Reynolds, LLC. The firm’s family law practice areas include:
• Divorce, property division and alimony
• Prenuptial and separation agreements
• Child custody and child support
• Termination of parental rights and adoption
• Guardianship and visitation of minor children
• Parentage
• Egg and embryo donation
• Gestational surrogacy
Ms. Reynolds devotes her pro bono practice to representing children through the Office of the Child Advocate and victims of domestic violence through the Domestic Violence Advocacy Program.
Ms. Reynolds is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Delaware and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She also maintains membership in a variety of professional organizations including the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, American Bar Association Family Law Section, and Melson-Arsht Inn of Court.
